We begin with a short conversation to understand what you’d like the session to focus on, this may be an emotion, a pattern you’re noticing, or an area of your life where you want more clarity or ease. You then rest comfortably while therapeutic sound instruments create gentle, resonant frequencies around your body. These vibrations help the nervous system soften, allowing tension, emotional residue and held patterns to shift at their own pace.
