Meditation, mindfulness and contemplation is offered through short courses to learn the practice and ongoing practice groups if you choose. To learn how to maintain attention, deepen awareness and hold presence in the moment, with a feeling of acceptance and being, rather than a desire to "do".

For one-to-one sessions; if this is new to you, we may start with an understanding of what it is you need, to ensure that we are starting from the right point for you. For the more experienced, you may prefer to join a group.
We have a monthly group that is starting in Sept 2024, which will initially be for 6 weeks, and if there is enough interest, we may continue meeting regularly to deepen your practice.
Fees for one-to-one sessions are £30 for an hour, this may involve some discussion before and after the practice, depending on your need.
Groups will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the fee will be £15.
